Safety Trained Supervisor (STS/STSC) Exam Preparation Course

Companies have found that having certified Safety Trained Supervisors reduces incident and worker’s compensation rates, improves OSHA compliance, and develops safety ownership. Please join us for a 1-day Safety Trained Supervisor Exam Preparation Course that will cover what you need to know to pass either the general industry (STS) or construction (STSC) certification exam. The course includes:

  • Description of the STS process
  • Introduction to OSHA, recordkeeping, and multi-employer worksites
  • Principles of accident investigation
  • Fall protection, stairways, ladders, excavations
  • Hand and power tools
  • Hazard communication
  • Personal protective equipment, respirators
  • Confined space
  • Cranes, derricks, hoists
  • Fire protection

Through the use of numerous case studies and instruction from Rick Callor, CSP, STS, you will learn the best known methods used by supervisors to obtain world class safety performance. Participants will receive a flash drive containing all the training materials and sample questions to use as a study guide.

Three ways to register:

Refund Policy: Full refund before 10-31-16. No refund after 10-31-16, but substitutions permitted. If a minimum of 10 registrations is not received, class will be cancelled and all registration fees will be refunded.
