Chapter Meeting

  •  September 19, 2017
     6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Our September dinner meeting will honor our valued members and volunteers! Chapter members’ dinners (including a non-alcoholic beverage) will be paid for by Snake River Chapter (there will be a $18.00 charge for guests’ dinners). PLUS, Crash Marusich with Ada County Emergency Management will present “2017 Ada County Flood Operations Review.” Treasure Valley suffered historic flooding last spring and we are still repairing damage. Crash will provide a brief overview of the conditions that led to the flood response and a quick look at the flood fight efforts that took place.

The menu (served buffet style) will include salad, sautéed vegetables, and garlic mashed potatoes and your choice of two entrees:

  • Steak Dinner: Marinated, grilled, thinly sliced tri-tip served with Chimichurri sauce
  • Pork Loin: Rosemary, Sage and Garlic roasted pork loin medallions served with tomato-bacon jam and a balsamic reduction

Come at 6:00 pm to visit and network with friends and colleagues. We’ll dish up at 6:20, a brief meeting will start at 6:30, followed by the awards ceremony, and then the flood overview by Crash!

Please RSVP by 9/11/17 to snakeriverasse@gmail.com.
